A rash of selfiecides arouse the attention of the gods—what are those crazy humans doing to themselves now?! Fascinated, the gods set up a super secret purgatory-based laboratory where they observe and investigate a small sample of humans who have killed themselves taking selfies, in an attempt to understand the cultural and psychological currents underlying this new epidemic...do they figure anything out? Will their findings shed any light on the human condition? Are there better filters in heaven?

We are thrilled to say Selfie! The Musical has been commissioned by the Vortex Theater in Austin, TX for a 2020 run.
(So far) SELFIE! Is a kaleidoscopic romp through questions of identity, art, conversation, connection, narcissism, humility, the Self, and the complicated nature of everything once you scratch the surface.
Help us welcome our brand new songs, as well as those you already know and love (Got The Shot; Touch the Pond). Join us on the road to Austin, on the journey to SELFIE!
And, as always, there will be piano karaoke afterward, so you can sing too!
